By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

HeartZoo is a mood journal application that allows you to:

• Record your thoughts and feelings through letters
• Track your emotional well-being over time
• Optionally sync your data across devices via iCloud (Guardian Pass subscribers)

User Accounts

Apple ID

The App uses your Apple ID for:

• In-app purchases and subscriptions
• iCloud synchronization (if enabled)

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID.

Subscriptions

Guardian Pass

The App offers an optional subscription service called "Guardian Pass" with the following terms:

• Payment: Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account
